Storytelling from the back roads of Cook County

Storytelling from the back roads is the collaborative work of the Historical Alliance of Cook County, which includes;
- Cook County Historical Society – Arnold R. Alanen, The Scenic Route: Building Minnesota’s North Shore
- Gunflint Trail Historical Society – Jim Wiinanen, History of Seagull Lake
- Schroeder Area Historical Society – Skip Lamb, Lamb’s Resort 100+ year history and related stories of land, lake and lives: Colleen Sheehy
- Tofte Historical Society – Brian Tofte, Tofte a Norwegian Immigration Story
The event will take place Saturday, October 3, from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts in Grand Marais and is free to the public.
